Extreme Weather

EXTREME WEATHER PROCEDURES

If conditions are forecast for extreme weather, that being because the weather is too hot (as directed by DOE or administration) or too wet as determined by the Associate Principal or Student
Services Deputy, the school will be using an extreme weather policy on that particular day. This decision will be passed by admin and then all classes will be informed.

If extreme weather is called then:

a) An announcement will be made over the PA prior to recess and lunch if policy is to be adopted on the day.

b) Students are not to go outside. Break-time will be held in class groupings
